Cuando una canción es buena, es buena. Simple, directa y, si encima es italiana, mejor. Además, no hay más que ver la pasión y la fuerza que Lucio Dalla y Gianni Morandi le ponen al cantarla. "Vita in te ci credo" ("Vida creo en ti") dicen. Realmente sobran las palabras, pues con esa actitud sobre el escenario, nosotros nos creemos todo lo que hacen.

P.D.: Me acabo de enterar de que Italia ha decidido participar en el festival de Eurovisión después de estar voluntariamente fuera durante catorce años. Creía que eran el único país que tenía una postura coherente ante el festival. ¿Me van a defraudar?

P.S.: I've just learned that Italy has decided to re-enter the competition for the Eurovision contest after a voluntary fourteen-year leave. I thought they were the only country taking a consistent stance on the contest. Are they letting me down now?
